UnitedForHope campaign, was a series of dialogues on issues relevant to young people, in close coordination with UN agencies and other youth networks such as Youth Ki Awaaz, Nine is Mine, Pluc TV etc and encourage people to take the UN75 survey.

About the initiative
Young people are critical to the Sustainable Development Goals because they are the real custodians of the future. This generation – the game-changing generation - holds the answers for a better tomorrow. The UN in India launched the #UnitedForHope campaign, which aims to engage young people in meaningful discussions on issues that matter to them, especially as COVID-19 pandemic has gripped our world and exposed its many fragilities.
The UN in India is working with UNICEF’s UReport to identify the issues that matter to young people through Facebook messenger and Whatsapp plug-ins. UReport will also run the UN75 survey for two months.
As part of the #UnitedForHope campaign, we will organize dialogues on issues relevant to young people, in close coordination with UN agencies and other youth networks such as Youth Ki Awaaz, Nine is Mine, Pluc TV etc and encourage people to take the UN75 survey. The campaign will be anchored with YuWaah, an alliance of businesses, government, innovators, UN agencies, civil society organizations and young people under the canopy of UNICEF’s Generation Unlimited. It aims to strengthen education, skills, empowerment and economic opportunities for young people between 10 to 24 years of age, especially from the most vulnerable sections.
