Human rights on film: International festival celebrates mobile phone films for a cause

Since 2005, the Mobile Film Festival reveals and promotes new talents thanks to an international competition open to the largest number with very simple rules : 1 mobile - 1 minute - 1 film For its 14th edition celebrating the 70th anniversary of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, participants have made short films on the theme « Stand UP For Human Rights ». 51 films from 19 countries have been selected for the competition.
